class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why a Golf Cart Enclosure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One thing that <a href=\"https:\/\/golfcartgo.com\/things-to-know-before-buying-a-golf-cart\/\">I didn\u2019t have on my cart<\/a> when we first got it was an enclosure. And you might think that it really isn\u2019t a big deal to have one since you probably wouldn\u2019t use it much\u2026..well neither did I\u2026.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">UNTIL<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You see we have this great little neighborhood pub\/restaurant where we love to meet up with friends and we always take our cart. It\u2019s easy and much quicker than the car. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Well, it was wintertime (in Florida) and we aren\u2019t really accustomed to the cold weather. We drove home and we were freezing!!!! After that night, I started researching for an enclosure the very next day. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I wasn&#8217;t going to be cold, get wet, or not use my <a href=\"https:\/\/golfcartgo.com\/best-golf-cart-covers\/\">golf cart in iffy weather<\/a>, so I felt like this was a good solution for our needs. Turns out I was right, and I\u2019m so happy we decided to get one for our cart. We have used it more times than we thought we would, which also means we don\u2019t have to leave our cart <a href=\"https:\/\/golfcartgo.com\/golf-cart-garage-size\/\">locked up in the garage<\/a> because of bad weather.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What to look for with golf cart enclosures<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are some things to look for when you are shopping for just the right enclosure. It may seem obvious but you need to make sure the one you are looking at will fit your cart. We wrote about <a href=\"https:\/\/golfcartgo.com\/how-wide-is-a-golf-cart\/\">how wide a golf cart is here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You need to make sure it\u2019s for a two-seater<\/span>, four-seater<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, or more if you happen to have a bigger one. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Another BIG thing<\/strong> is to make sure you have the proper setup for the enclosure, which usually <strong>means a hardtop roof<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And you also want to make sure there are plenty of \u201cdoors\u201d, that way you can roll up one or two for extra ventilation if you want or you can have multiple ways of entering and exiting.
